COBCO protects personal data entrusted through this portal and processes it in accordance with Law No. 09-08.

Purpose
The information collected is used solely to receive, review and handle ethics alerts and grievances. It is not used for any other purpose.
Legal basis
Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Recipients
Access is strictly limited to authorized members of the Compliance function on a need-to-know basis. No data is disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
Confidentiality
The reporter’s identity, the identity of the persons concerned and all case information are treated as strictly confidential.
Anonymity
Strict anonymous mode asks for neither a name nor contact details. If you wish to preserve your anonymity, we recommend that you do not include identifying details in your description or files.
Retention period
Data is retained for the time needed to handle the case and then for 3 years, except where an exception applies (for example, archiving cases that lead to disciplinary or legal proceedings, or deleting unfounded reports).
CNDP filing
This processing is subject to the required formality with the CNDP.
Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your personal data. You may also request restriction of processing under the conditions provided by law. To exercise these rights, write to Compliance@cobco.tech. You will receive a response within the statutory time limits. Exercising the right to object or rectify must not compromise the integrity of an ongoing investigation or enable a protected third party to be identified.
